This is what happens to people exercising their right of assembly and free speech.

These images (above) where lent to me by Mitch Lanecki who was hit several times by police rubber bullets.
CS stands for o-chlorobenzylidenemolononitrile. Label warns that it should not be
thrown directly at persons or serious injury or ear drum damage may occur. For more
info on tear gas go here.

This girl is holding up a canister of CS gas shot at her on Saturday April 21st.
Police shot hundreds of rounds of short and long range gas as well as gas grenades.
The entire upper-city was under a blanket of gas for most of Saturday and it still
lingered on Sunday making residents ill and causing severe discomfort to most people outside.
